• How much is an install fee?

    We offer a flat rate install fee of $150 per item , that covers most standard installs.

    Install service is available for Metropolitan regions only. In the event we cannot process your request, a member of our Customer Service team will be in contact to discuss your options.  We will refund the installation charges, or a change of mind cancellation if you so wish. Alternatively, please call or email our Customer Service team for more information.

    Not all items are available for installation service, and further information can be found on the Product Information pages.

  • Will you share my Privacy Information?

    Your personal information will be used and disclosed to our Contractors in order to supply the installation service.  Without this information, they cannot perform the install. You can find more info about our terms and conditions and privacy policy here.

  • Can I change my installation date/time or address?

    If you wish to make changes to an order that has not yet been despatched, please call or email our Customer Service team.

    We will endeavour to honour all requests, however please note that changes can only be issued if the service provider has not yet commenced install process.

  • Can I select a specific install time?

    When placing your order we ask you to make any comments regarding preferences. As our service partners will arrange the install, the specific date and time must be agreed to with them. They will be in contact in the 2-3 days after your order is placed.

    Install is available only between standard business hours (Monday - Friday).

  • How much is a delivery fee?

    We offer a flat delivery fee of $10 for all orders to be delivered direct to you. Orders that cannot be delivered by our transport partners may incur a further re-delivery fee.
  • What are my Delivery Options?

    If an item is being delivered direct to you, your items are despatched from Melbourne within 3-5 days of receiving your order.

    At this stage, we only offer standard road delivery.
  • Can I track my delivery?

    Upon despatch you will receive an email notification that includes the tracking URL.

  • Can I collect my order or have it overnight express?

    At this stage, we only offer standard road delivery.

  • Where do we deliver to?

    We can deliver all across Australia, however please note, we are unable to deliver to PO (Post Office) Boxes.

  • What if I have a mix of installed and delivered items on the same order?

    We will split your delivery. We will send direct to you the delivery items, and arrange the install with your service agent for the items you requested to install.
